Day 6-7 ~ A day in Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN

Visiting both ND and MN

Didn't know what to except in Fargo.  It was an ugly drive to Fargo with 25-29 mph winds; and when you are driving a 40 foot billboard down the highway, it is not too much fun. We pulled into the visitors information center and saw a wood chipper with a leg sticking out of it. Might have to watch Fargo on Netflix's sometime this trip; lol

I guess they take fishing serious here

Pam waiting on the train

Beautiful old train station

Love watching the trains!  Remember from prior blog posts; every RV site is near a RR track  :-)

Cute little town

A newer Viking ship that recently made a 6,100 mile trip to Norway

Built by a retired school teacher in 1982

Unbelievable this boat made it to Norway, via Detroit river.

The inside of a Stave Hopperstad Church

There is a craved King and Queen on this beautiful baptismal area

The exterior of the all wood church

The church had amazing wood work, Celtic Cross, dragons and high ceiling

  1. I bet the Nords (considering that is a nordic church) would be mad that you thought their cross is the same as a Celt cross!
Looks like you are having a great time :)
